Bhai..this book should help a lot...note that Talageri comes at the material from a purely scientific view..like most non sadhaks who approach the Veda..but with background of Sri Aurobindo’s Secret of the Veda and some sadhana one should be able to intuit more...

I find the secret of vedas and TalegiriJi's work complementary.
The psychological and historical perspective give a wholsome picture of the vedic age. Sri Aurobindo also encouraged historical study from the vedic literature.

Concur with Krishna bhai here...scholars have their utility..but yes, for Sadhana purposes it has to be Master or someone like..Master Rolling on the floor laughing one can clearly know the distinction after a certain stage..a Seer’s word reveals/lives within..the scholar’s word stands there like a dud!

1) Why did Kireet Joshi stopped funds from Central Government (Congress) to the Ashram?
2) Why Rishi & the Mother donated to the French National Defense Fund, the Viceroy’s War Fund, and the Madras War Fund during 2nd WW, against Germany?

Accompanying the 3rd donation was a letter to governor of Madras in which they declared their “entire support for the British people and the Empire in their struggle against the aggression's of the Nazi Reich and our complete sympathy with the cause for which they are fighting.”

Bhai..what Master looked at was the forces behind the Nazi regime, these he saw to be more detrimental to humanity and hence made it a point to publicly side with Allies in that war. India’s freedom was already foreseen and the stress was not on the immediate circumstances.

Exactly saar, I can’t fathom how the Vedic Rishis even figured all this out, and how Master pulled out their significances like Varaha!! It’s been an aspiration to produce something like a map of the Rig Veda..the actual realisations and movements of each sukta...

Reading the Rig Vedas before and after reading secret of vedas has a night and day difference. Unfortunately not many books expanding master's works.
